(Peggy Ann) Welsh; Grandmother of Erin, Sean, Paige and Madison Welsh; Sister of Phyllis (John) Miller, Joseph (Deborah) Wilkoski and the late Judith Wiliszewski. Friends are invited to call from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Wednesday at the Leo J. Henney Funeral Home, 323 Second Avenue, Carnegie. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 330 Third Avenue, Carnegie at 10:30 PM.
