Mrs. Elaine Looney Bills, age 89 of Lewisburg died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Life Care of Columbia. Mrs. Bills was a native of Bedford County, and she was the daughter of the late James Hugh and Madelle Welch Looney. She was retired from Cosmolab and was a member of the Harding Chapel Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bills. She is survived by three daughters, Kathie (Fred) Porter of Columbia, Betty (David) Hay of Greenville, TN, and Emily (Andy) White of Mt. Juliet, son, Edwin (Karen) Bills of Knoxville, and four brothers, Hubreen (Jean) Looney of Lewisburg, Douglas (Linda) Looney of Spring Place Community, Jerry (Judy) Looney of Brick Church, and A.V. Looney of Farmington.

Eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two step great great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Collins Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home for visitation on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Churches of Christ Disaster Relief, 410 Allied Drive, Nashville, TN 37211.
