Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Corbin June 4, 1926-February 11, 2019 Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Corbin, 92, of Rolling Prairie, IN, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte IN. She was born June 4, 1926 in Paoli, Indiana, the daughter of Haskell Osborn and Lillie (Girdley) Osborn. Betty was an elementary teacher for Rolling Prairie school system for 32 years.

Upon her retirement, she took on many kinds of crafting such as, quilting, cross stitching, doll making, and oil painting. Other than crafting, she loved traveling with her husband and spent many years traveling to northern Minnesota with him. On May 10, 1947, in Indianapolis Indiana, she married William W. Corbin who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Kay (Steve) Everingham of Rolling Prairie, IN, Peggy Ann (Jeff) Webb of Cape Coral, FL, Connie Sue (Jeff) Smith of La Porte, IN; son, Mike (Sue) Corbin of Port Washington, WI; eight grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Elizabeth was preceded in death by both her parents and her brother, Robert Osborn. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave.

, La Porte, IN. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 10:00 am till 11:30 am at the Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church, 3444 E. US Hwy 20, Rolling Prairie, IN, 46371. A life celebration will be held at Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church, Saturday February 16, 2019 at 11:30 am with Pastor JoEllyn Chadwick officiating.
