Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Gray, 69, of Newport, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Friday, December 14, 2018 at Reece’s Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. James Chadwick officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Gray of the home; sons, Dennis Dwayne Webb and wife Melissa of Newport and John Wesley Webb of Beaver, WV; sisters, Margaret Cunningham, Helen Keffer, Della Jean Handlin and Carol Whitsit and husband Richard all of Indianapolis, IN, and Mary Lou Stallings and Rebecca Milam both of Newport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buster and Anna Stallings; and brothers, Bobby Joe Stallings and Billy Ray Stallings. The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family c/o Munden Funeral Home, PO Box 69, Morehead City, NC 28557. Arrangements are by Munden Funeral Home & Crematory, Morehead City, NC.
