Obituary Elizabeth R. Napier, 95, of South Point, widow of James Napier, died Friday at Rivers Bend Health Care, South Point, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 11 am at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens.

She was a floor manager at the Huntington Store. Friends may call from 10 am until service time at the Reger Funeral Home. www.
