Elizabeth Smith Youngblood, age 91, entered into rest Thursday, July 26, 2018 at her residence, wife of the late Mr. W. Lewis Youngblood. Elizabeth a native of Lexington, Georgia, lived most of her life in the Augusta area where she worked for MCG and was a homemaker. She was a member of Abilene Baptist Church, dedicated Christian Church worker for over sixty years.

Survivors include her sons, Rodney Youngblood (Eleanor), Keith Youngblood (Marina), daughter, Teresa Borum (Jim), brother, Grady Smith (Pat) and sister Arlene Phillips. Eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Youngblood.

A special thanks to her care givers at MSA Hospice and Sandy Bagwell. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Harvest Pointe Fellowship Church with Reverend William F. ( Bill) Harrell officiating, burial to follow at Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends starting at 11:00 am until time of service.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy and Chase Youngblood, David Phillips, Jim Borum, Josh Boedecker and Cole Phillips. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
