OBITUARY Benjamin L Mayton August 18, 1944 – July 22, 2018 Hephzibah, GA—Mr. Benjamin Lee Mayton Sr. entered into rest on Sunday, July 22, 2018. Mr. Benjamin was a member of Jubilee Fellowship Church and was also an ordained minister. He loved his family and loved to watch the Cincinnati Reds play baseball.

Mr. Benjamin is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sue Mayton; sons, Benjamin Lee Mayton Jr. and Donald Edward Mayton; brother, Lewis Mayton; and grandson, Donald “Donnie” Edward Sikes Jr. Survivors include his children, Brenda McGuire (Thomas) and Diana Sikes (Donald); daughter-in-law, Lisa Ann Mayton; sister, Linda Hayslip (Gail); brothers, Jimmy Mayton (Joyce) and Bobby Joe Mayton; grandchildren, Thomas McGuire Jr., Joshua McGuire (Amanda), Daniel Sikes (Danielle), Randall McGuire (Misty), Lloyd McNew (Felicia), Benjamin Lee Mayton III (Brittany) , Elizabeth Blackaby (Travis), Kayla McGuire, Brittany McGuire, and Cody McGuire; 13 great-grandchildren; goddaughters, Karrie Lynn McKinney and Megan Rose Sikes; and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends who loved him dearly. Funeral services will be held at 12pm, Friday July 27, 2018 at Solomon’s Porch Pentecostal Holiness Church in Augusta, GA with Pastor Bobby Renew officiating. The family will receive friends at 11am at the church.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
