Obituary for Franceys Watson Mangum Franceys Watson Mangum Grovetown, GA – Mrs. Franceys Watson Mangum, 87, passed away July 13, 2018 at University Hospital with her family by her side. Frankye was a long-term member of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for church youth. She was an avid and accomplished golfer.

She was formerly President of Boxwood Garden Club and the Women’s Board of University Hospital. Her family was so dear to her. She beamed with pride when any one of them was in the room.

Family members include her daughter: Cassandra Manley (Jim), Houston, Texas; sons: Hank Watson, Jr. (Lynn) and Mark Watson (Allyson), Atlanta, Ga. ; grandchildren: Morgan Neff (Ryan), Andrews Steel, Dallas Watson, and Carson Watson; and one great granddaughter: Peyton Neff, all of Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Dr. Hank Watson and Boyce Mangum.
