Obituary for Ella “Susie” Dunn Ella Geraldine “Susie” Dunn, age 88, of Pascagoula, MS, passed away on January 7, 2019, in Pass Christian, MS. She was born on December 8, 1930, in Ashville, Alabama, to Manuel and Donor Jackson Franklin, Susie was a lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church in Pascagoula. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Winston Dunn; children, Joe Cook and wife Barbara, Tim Cook and wife Virginia, Suzette Necaise and husband Scott, Donor Skrnich and husband Kurt, Deborah Smith, Cheryl Hatten and husband Greg, Angie Tipton and husband Scott, and daughter-in-law Lois Dunn; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Susie was preceded in death by her son, Michael Dunn, son-in-law, David Smith, mother, Donor Franklin, father, Manuel Franklin; brothers, Robert Franklin, Bill Franklin, and Tom Franklin; and sisters, Lillian Hamil, Joyce England. The family will receive friends at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, MS, 39563, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, starting at 1 PM, with the Funeral Service immediately following at 2 PM, with Jerry Higdon officiating. Entombment will follow at Jackson County Memorial Park.
