Ellen Anglin Downing, age 70, of Oxford, GA , died February 20, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Duluth Chapel. Interment will be in Peachtree Memorial Park, Norcross.

Ms. Downing was born in Atlanta and was retired as an operations manager with Atlanta Gas Light. She is survived by her daughter, Angie West of Vero Beach, FL; son, Eddy Anglin (Philicia) of Cumming; grandchildren, Alex West, Dylan West and Connor Anglin; sisters, Carolyn Walters of Palm Coast, FL, Debbie Flynn of Duluth and Katie Kilgore of Dacula; brothers, Charles Gardner of Suwanee, George Ward of Commerce and Thomas Ward of Buford. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 – 5:00 pm at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Duluth Chapel, (770) 476-2535.
