Elsie Louise Raven Gallant, 63, of North Searsport passed away on November 23rd, 2018, in Belfast with her loving husband by her side. Elsie was born November 11, 1955, in Belfast to Carol Larrabee Raven and Seth Raven. On June 21, 1974, Elsie married the love of her life Dana Gallant, and spent the next 44 years making a family and a lifetime of wonderful memories.

She loved watching her grand babies, bragging about them and all of their activities to anyone who would listen, as well as shopping with her daughters and finding all the bargains.

Elsie loved to cook for people, sending them home with a hug, an “I luv ya” and leftovers in fine china dishes marked “Elsie”. Elsie was predeceased by her mother and step-father, Carol and Stacey Howard; her father, Seth Raven; and her grandson, Junior Gallant. Elsie is survived by her husband, Dana Gallant; son Seth Gallant and wife Angela, daughter Danielle Harriman and husband Randy, daughter Tonya Harvey and husband Wade; grandchildren Aaron, Dana, Abby, Jordyn, Tori, and Carly; great-grandchildren Carolyn and Penelope; sister Lauretta Bullock and husband Russ and their children Missy, Felisa, and KK; her beloved cat, Moxie, and dog, Molly; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday November 30th at 11:00 am at Riposta Funeral Home located at 182 Waldo Avenue in Belfast, Maine. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Elsie to the American Lung Association at action.
