Elsie Mae Duggins, 76, of 1018 Locks Creek Road, Fayetteville, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 1pm at Second Missionary Baptist Church, Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

She is survived by her children, Michael Anthony Duggins, Sr. (Tammy) and Sharon Gaskins (Eric, Sr.) all of Fayetteville. Gregory Duggins and Dana Duggins both of NY. Sisters, Cletter Hart and Retta McDonald (Rev.

Chauncy), all of Fayetteville. Brothers, John Haywood Carter (Helen), James Carter (Pat), and Bobby Carter, all of Fayetteville along with eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Monday 5-7pm at the funeral home.
