Elsie Reeves Lineberry August 29, 1926 – December 29, 2018 Share this obituary Local Florists View/Sign Guest Book Lineberry East Bend – Elsie Reeves Lineberry, 92, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018. She was born August 29, 1926 in Alleghany County to the late Kilby Reeves and Bettie Poe Reeves. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Delmer Ray Lineberry; sisters, Ada Crater, Retha Smith, Rowena Reeves; brothers, Jessie Mack Reeves, Bert Reeves, Ernest Reeves, infant twins.

Surviving are children, Brenda Lineberry of Yadkinville, Kay (Ray) Jennings of Texas, Gale Bolin of Winston-Salem, Wanda Lineberry of Texas, Dale Ray Lineberry of East Bend; grandchildren, Yvette Bolin, Delbert Lineberry, Megan Lineberry, Darren Wallace, Daniel Wallace; five great grandchildren; brother, Tom (Lee) Reeves of Maryland; sister-in-law, Pat Reeves of Maryland; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. Jimmy Pardue.

Burial will follow at Richmond Hill Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service on Wednesday from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Reeves family cemetery, c/o Jean Reeves Osborne, 1087 Tayson Road, Sparta, NC 28675.
