Emilio Encinas January 4, 1954 – December 29, 2018 Emilio Encinas passed away in late December 2018. He was born near Laredo, Texas, in 1954. He was a well-respected handyman in Cochise County for many years after working in San Francisco as a building contractor.

He leaves his wife, Helen Darr Encinas; two sons; and several sisters. He was predeceased by one brother, Patricio; and his parents. Emilio was generous and loved to help people and animals.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Nancy J Brua Animal Center, 6799 E. Hwy 60, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635.
