Emma Marie Rahm, age 83, of Hastings and Harmony, MN, passed away January 29, 2019. She was born April 24, 1935 to Christian and Gladys Ellingson. She was a graduate of Harmony High School.

She married Donald Rahm on June 3, 1956. Emma worked and met her husband at Stan’s Bakery in Harmony. She was a homemaker and later worked for 20 years as a para professional at Harmony/Fillmore Central High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; siblings, Ethel Long, Deloris Richardson, Arlene Morem, Evelyn Morem, Curtis Ellingson, and Erik Ellingson. Emma is survived by her daughter, Kaiya (Rob) Witt; grandsons, Samuel and Benjamin Witt; brother, John (Millie) Ellingson; sister in law, Marge Ellingson; in-laws, Bernie and Diana Witt; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday (2/2) at 11:00 AM at St. Philip’s Lutheran Church, 1401 15th Street West in Hastings.
