Obituary for Eric Lee Frank Eric Lee Frank a resident of Henryetta passed this life on October 1, 2018 in Henryetta at the age of 41. Born July 7, 1977 in Henryetta to Alvin and Patty (Dunn) Frank. Eric had worked at the glass plant in Sapulpa for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Brother Alvin “Pete” Frank, Grandmother Ann Stroup, Great Aunts: Big Doris Leos, Lucy Leos, Rosie Casillias, Great Uncles; Juan Leos, Aplhonso (Johnny) Leos, Frank Leos, Julio and Jinny Leos. Cousins; Ricky and Robert Thompson. Survived by his step father: Samuel Gray of Hartshorne,OK Sisters: Deborah Summers & Mike and Lena Bullard & David Bullard of Henryetta Daughter: Rylee Frank of Okmulgee Great Aunts: Mary Leos of Henryetta, Rosemary and Wayne Thompson of Henryetta and Doris & David Mann of Checotah, OK.

Many nieces & nephews Rosary will be 7:00 -8:00 pm Friday evening, October 5, 2018 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.
