He was born in Silver City, New Mexico, on August 17, 1951, to Maurice Pershing Scarbrough and Mamie Lois Edwards Scarbrough. Clum was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bobbie Jean Scarbrough; and a brother, Bo Scarbrough.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Barbara Floyd; step-son, David Floyd; step-grandchildren: R.T., Desiree, and David; his sister, Mary Burnett; a sister-in-law, Cindy Scarbrough; as well as other loving family and many friends. Graveside Funeral Service Thursday, January 17, 2019 2:00 PM Bundick Cemetery, Smiley Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
