Obituary for Ethel Louise Strach Ethel L. Strach, age 87, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. She was born on November 14, 1931 to Liberty and Gloria (McPherson) Reid in Muskegon. Ethel will be remembered by her abundant generosity and loving nature, she was a wonderful sister and aunt to her family.

She was a member of the Muskegon Garden Club and ZONTA. Ethel enjoyed traveling and loved visiting Las Vegas and wintering in Arizona and Florida. Ethel is survived by her loving siblings, Kay (John) Bernard, Paul (Evelyn) Reid, Janet Reid; nieces and nephews, John, Andrew, Cathy, Aileen, Adam, Amber, David, Elijah; several great-nieces and nephews; and her faithful Dog, Freddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Michael Strach; and nephews, Paul Jr. and Brandon. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Ethel will take place on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231-798-1100) at 11:00 AM with Rev. Diane Stark presiding.

VISITATION with Ethel’s family will take place one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. For a more lasting memory donations in Ethel’s name can be made to either the Harbor Hospice Foundation or Seminole Shores Assisted Living Center. Feel free to share a memory with the family at www.
