Eugene’s Obituary Eugene Davis April 24, 1934 – May 16, 2019 Funeral services for Eugene Davis, 85, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Capps Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Wicker officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Davis passed away at Billdora Senior Care in Tylertown, Mississippi on Thursday, May 16, 2019. He was born April 24, 1934 in Pike County, Mississippi to the late Nancy and Willie Davis. He is also preceded in death by Charles Davis (Brother), Cornelia Crawford (Sister), Joyce Moncrief (Sister), Jack Davis (Brother), and Clifton Davis (Brother).

Eugene is an active member of Salem Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He is also a member of the Masons and Shriners. Survivors include his wife of 64 years Ocea Rae Davis, Joan Muirhead (Sister), Mary Crawford (Sister), and Robert Davis (Brother).

The family has asked in lieu of flowers please make donation to your favorite charity. Visitation will be at Capps Funeral Home on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM. Capps Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
