Obituary for Eunice Francis Flint Eunice Emelda Francis Flint, 80, resident of Hempstead, NY since 2005. Eunice was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 1, 1938, to the late William Francis and Irene Vincent Francis. She was a graduate from Joseph F Clark Senior High School.

Eunice was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was always proud of her family. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, four sisters, 5 brothers and loving husband, Sidney Flint. Eunice is survived by her sisters, Aline LaCour, Cynthia (Richard) Barrett and Iris Wilson; three children, Corde’ (Philip) Lights, Neil (Debbie) Jones, and Gena Warren; 6 grandchildren, Keiva, Tyrone, Jelani, Jeremy, Jasmine, and DeVonte’; 3 great-grandchildren, Laila, Jaela, and Tyrone; 2 godchildren, Brenda and the late Darius.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6028 Chef Menteur Hwy. on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:30 am. Visitation will be held from 8:30 am until 10:00 am.

Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, 4000 Norman Mayer Avenue. In lieu of donations and flowers please send all as a monetary donation to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, in Memory of Eunice Flint. Arrangements by D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 7411 Chef Menteur Hwy.
