Evelin Hodges, 61, passed away March 18, 2019 at Copiah County Medical Center in Hazlehurst. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Crystal Springs. Services will be 2pm Wednesday at First Baptist Church with burial at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Meadville.

Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Hodges, parents, Andrew and Pearl Smith, and brothers, Edgar Smith and Ty Eugene Smith. She is survived by her sons, Kenny Hodges and Benjamin Hodges both of Crystal Springs; sisters, Paula Granger of Vidor, TX, and Julia Beard of Bude; 3 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
