She was born August 22, 1942 in Cash, AR to James “Guy” Garvin & Dorothy Buchannon Garvin. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph Cicero “Bill” Crow; son, Shan Brewerton; grandson, Brandon Dillard; granddaughter, Brandy Rogers; and brothers, Virgil Garvin, Herman Garvin, & Samuel Garvin. She is survived by sons, Jimmy Webb, Randall Morris, and Billy Crow; daughters, Sheila McPherson, Linda Blount, Michelle Hickerson, & Tammy Crow; Sisters, Helen Swindle, Shirley Gilbert, Sharon Bristow, & Ruth Phillips; 22 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation is Tuesday February 19, 2019 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Funeral services are Wednesday morning, February 20, 2019 at 10:00AM with Clay Garvin officiating. Burial is in Trinity Cemetery in Bono under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
