Obituary of Everett Williams, III Carthage – Everett M. Williams, III, 68, husband of Carla, passed away on February 5, 2019 at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse. Everett was born on October 20, 1950 in Constableville, a son of Everett M. Williams, II and Shirley Fahey Williams. He grew up in Utica, graduating from Utica Free Academy with the Class of 1969.

Everett then moved to northern NY, where he was employed as a mechanic for Massey-Ferguson Farm Supply in Antwerp. Everett was united in marriage with Carla Barnhardt in 1983. Thereafter the couple settled in their current residence in the Town of Wilna.

For a time Everett was employed as an iron worker with Union Local #440, Utica. In 1994 he began his career at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, where he was a machine operator. Everett enjoyed hunting and Western Movies, and cherished time spent with family camping on the Moose River, something they all shared since their youth.

Everett was a former member of the Herrings Volunteer Fire Co. In addition to his wife Carla, he is survived by his sons: Everett M. Williams, IV, and Justin Williams, both at home, his siblings: Joan Ciccone, Mark Williams, Jeanette Williams, Paul Williams, Diana Knopka, and Scott Williams (Denise), several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Everett was predeceased by his parents. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville.

Calling hours will be held from 1:00 until the service. Memorial contributions may be made to SUNY Upstate Medical University, 750 East Adams St. Syracuse, NY 13210.
