Christine Chebetar formerly of Sleepy Hollow died June 8, 2018 at the age of 92. Christine had returned to her hometown of Columbus, GA several years ago. Born in Columbus on December 24, 1925, she was the daughter of Thomas and Thelma Littleton Broderick.

On November 11, 1944, she married Vincent Chebetar at Fort Benning. Christine and Vincent settled in North Tarrytown where they raised their family. Christine is survived by her children Richard, T. Adam, Sarah Chamberlain, Barbara Macedo, Edward, John and Christine McKay.

She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. In addition to her husband Vincent who predeceased her in 1990, she was also predeceased by her sons Vincent, Jr., James and Joseph as well as her brothers Willard and Thomas. Funeral Services will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00 AM and interment will follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
