Faye Caudill, 84, of Connersville, went home to be with the Lord early Saturday morning, December 15, 2018 at Heritage House of Connersville. One of seventeen children of Emmett J. and Esther Johnston Shupe, Faye was born in Bonnie Blue, Virginia on April 28, 1934. On December 23, 1952, Faye married Kelly Caudill in East Stone Gap, Virginia.

They made Connersville their home in 1966. Mr. Caudill passed away on February 16, 2011. Faye worked at Hills Roses for several years before becoming employed at Philco-Ford in Connersville, then Design and Manufacturing at both the Richmond and Connersville plants, retiring in 1989.

She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church, and in her leisure time enjoyed reading the Bible, going to church, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family. Survivors include two daughters, Debbie (Stephen) Wilhelm and Janet (Gary) Winstead, all of Connersville; a son, Tim (Tonia) Caudill of Andersonville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Nick (Aimee) Wilhelm of Acton, Indiana, Adam (Jannel) Wilhelm of Greenfield, Indiana, Derek (Liz) Caudill of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Megan (Joshua) Durstine of Connersville, Jordan and Austin Caudill, both of West Chester, Ohio; several precious great-grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Shupe of Fall Branch, Tennessee; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Besides her husband of 58 years, Kelly Caudill, Faye was preceded in death by her parents; a son Kelly Dean Caudill; a granddaughter, Krysta Dawn Winstead; an infant twin brother, Clay Shupe; siblings, Ada Rhoton, Inez Dorton, Mae Lawson, Eugene Shupe, Mary Helen Sutton, Harold Shupe, Ruth Ellen Wells, Herman Shupe, Charles Shupe, Emmett J. Shupe, Nola Hoskins, Ruby Eudaley, and two infant siblings.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Pastor John Reynolds will officiate. Burial will follow in Dale Cemetery.
