Felicity’s Obituary Felicity Ann Boggs, age 76 of Cumberland, KY, entered her heavenly home on Saturday, May 04, 2019, at the Harlan ARH. She was born in Lynch on March 01, 1943 to Dewey and Arlee Yeary Falls. Ann worked 20 years in the bookstore at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College and was an active member of the Cumberland United Methodist Church and Harlan Chapter 297 Order of the Eastern Star.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Arlee Falls, and a brother, John Falls. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Verial Boggs, of Cumberland; sons, Ronald (Leslie) Boggs of Lexington, KY and Tim (Pam) Boggs of Whites Creek, TN; daughter Tammy Boggs of Middlesboro, KY; brothers, Robert “Monk” Falls of Benham; sisters, Ernestine (Ira) Sergent of Cumberland, Jo Worley of Augusta, GA, and Cora “Susie” (Phillip) Robbins of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Keith and Derek Ellis and Ethan and Elizabeth Boggs; great granddaughter, Lily Mae; and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 05, 2019, between 4 – 6 pm in the Chapel of Tri City Funeral Home, 506 Holly Street, Benham, KY.

Funeral services will follow at 6 pm with Pastor Gary Biddle officiating. You may leave online condolences for the family at www. tricityfuneralhome.com.
