Obituary for Fern Mary Caldwell Fern Mary (Carpenter) Caldwell passed on Sunday, December 23, 2018. Fern was born in Flint, Michigan where she met and married her husband Fred Caldwell, a WWII Veteran who survives her. Fern married at age 17, their love and marriage lasted 77 years.

Fern was an exceptional person; her good nature, strength and her love of family inspired many. Her wishes were to be cremated. She will rest in Manton, Michigan where her family will remember and celebrate her life and legacy.
