Fernando S. Goulart, 70, formerly of No. Carpenter St., East Providence, passed away, Thursday, March 14, 2019 at RI Hospital. Born July 4, 1948, in Faial, Azores, he was the son of Manuel Sebastao Goulart and Valentina Fernandes Raposo de Oliviera.

He leaves his daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John Ribeiro of East Providence; 2 grandchildren, Johnathan and Sabrina; his great grandson, Gavin; his loving companion, Fernanda Pinto; his sister, Eduarda Almeida; and his brother, Manuel Goulart. His funeral will begin Tuesday, March 19, at 9:15am from the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sacred Heart Church, Taunton Ave. , East Providence.

Burial will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday morning, from 8:15am until 9:15am. To send flowers or a remembrance gift to the family of Fernando Goulart, please visit our Tribute Store.
