Flora’s Obituary Flora “Flo” Adkins, 66, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away Friday February 1, 2019 at University Kentucky Hospice Care Center, Lexington, KY. She was born August 26, 1952 in Huntington, WV to the late Golden and Fannie Adkins Watts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Chet Adkins.

She is survived by her husband Floyd Fulks; one sister Lucille Watson of East Lynn, WV; two brothers Ira Watts of Huntington, WV and Charles Watts of Branchland, WV; special grandson Wyatt Bailey; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday February 6, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday February 5, 2019 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.
