Herbert’s Obituary Herbert Lee Rice, 63, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born February 20, 1956 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Myrtle Rice; three brothers, Jim, Mike and Butch Rice.

He is survived by two daughters, Katie Walker and Lisa Rice; two sons Jamie and Jeremy Rice; several grandchildren; three sisters, Shelby Clark, Carol Booth and Anita Carey; two brothers Gary Rice and Jeff Rice; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www. ehallfuneralhome.com.
