Freda’s Obituary Freda Mae Adkins, 84, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. She was born February 28, 1935 in Chesapeake, Ohio daughter of the late Kelsey and Mary Thacker Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Danny Adkins and six siblings.

She retired from Bank One formerly First Huntington National Bank. She is survived by one daughter Robin Bledsoe of South Point, Ohio; one son Ty (Kathy) Adkins of Grove City, Ohio; five grandchildren Yvonne Adkins, Yvette Adkins, Jon Adkins, Jeremy Adkins and Terika Bledsoe (Phillip Bailey); three great grandchildren Phoenix, Aubrey and Antony, and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.

Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.
