Floy W. Ulmer, 102, of Quakertown died May 25, 2019 in her home. She was the wife of the late Henry Frederick Ulmer. Born in West Beaver Twsp.

, Pa she was the daughter of the late James Allen & Susanna Emmeline (Narehood) Wieand. She was a garment worker for various clothing factories in the Upper Bucks Area before retiring. Floy was a member of the Shelly Fire Company Auxiliary and a avid gardener and cook.

She was Rosie the Riveter in Hatboro during WW II. She was a member of the former St. John’s Lutheran Church in Quakertown. Survived by a son Dennis F. (Susan), two daughters Phyllis Rupell, and Karen Rosenberger (Alan D.), 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son Gale Ruppell and a daughter Faye Ann Ulmer, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www. crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
