Bednar, 87 of Austin, Minnesota passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday January 5th at St. Olaf Lutheran Church with the Reverend Mark Niethammer officiating. Military rites by Olaf B. Damm Post #1216 V.F.W. and Austin Post #91 American Legion.

Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. prior to services at St. Olaf Lutheran Church. Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
