Forrest “Frosty” Thompson, 80, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019. He was born January 23, 1939, to Cecil and Cora Mae Thompson. Forrest was an avid fisherman.

He enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Arkansas Razorbacks play when they were winning. Forrest was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Nimmons, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Forrest Ray Thompson, Jr.; and daughter, Phyliss Ann Thompson.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Vicki Thompson; son and daughter in law, Clayton and Mica Thompson; daughter, Debbie Gargus; stepson, Stephen Ward; brother, Kenny Thompson; four legged best friend, Micky; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers in law, and sisters in law. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, March 21, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church in Nimmons, AR, with Terry Songer officiating.
