OBITUARY Frances Ann Lisi January 21, 1945 – July 15, 2018 Frances Ann Lisi, 73 of Palm Coast, Florida passed away on July 15, 2018 at her home with her husband at her side. She was born on January 21, 1945 in Washington, D.C., to the late Francis Willard and Margaret Virginia Webb. Frances took some college courses at Strayor College in Washington, D.C.

She worked for many years as a legal secretary in Washington, D.C. and after getting married in 1977 a law office in Alexandria, VA. After her husband’s retirement, she moved to the Palm Coast area in 1998 from Alexandria, VA. Frances loved to quilt and taught quilting at Flagler Counties Adult Education Center and then at Byrd’s Nest Quilt Shop for a total of 14 years.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Ferdinand “Fred” Lisi; brother, David Webb, sister-in-laws, Ursula Elbert, Carol Lisi and Nancy Lisi; brother’s in laws, Dale Lisi, Arthur Lisi and many more loving relatives and friends. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
