Frances’ Obituary Frances Arnold, 88, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, died peacefully on May 24, 2019, at the Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was born on March 26, 1931, to Joseph Evans and wife, Mary Evans, in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Frances married Bill Arnold, and together they happily raised a family with two sons, Jeff Arnold, husband of Diane Arnold, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, and Billy Arnold, husband of Rhonda Arnold, of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Moreover, she leaves to cherish in love forever the following grandchildren: Lucas Arnold, Julie Arnold, Amanda Arnold, Johnathan Arnold, and Joshua Arnold; and great grandchildren: Raylan Arnold, Tyson Raines, Morgan Arnold, Cameron Raines, Katherine Arnold, and Mia Arnold. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. At heart, Frances was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending her Saturday afternoons on Rocky Top cheering on her Vols.

Qualities that often go overlooked, like meekness, kindness and patience, are what set Frances apart from others and are why she will be deeply missed by many. The family will receive friends at Creech Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 28th, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a funeral service to follow with Rev. David Emmert officiating.

Music will be provided by Thomasa Risner. A graveside burial service will then be held on Wednesday, May 29th, at 11:00 a.m., at the Middlesboro Cemetery. Online condolences and register book are available at www.
