Obituary for Frances B. Gardner Frances B. Gardner 92, born in Queens, NY, on February 21, 1926 passed away November 27, 2018. Frances was a resident of Bay Harbor Islands for 59 years where she was a devoted mother to her four children and wife to her beloved husband Joseph J. Gardner. Frances was a fixture in local community activities and an active member at Temple Israel of Greater Miami.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Lou Brotherson; four children Glen Gardner, Carl Gardner, Robert Gardner and Susan Stocker; her son-in-law Mike Stocker; and her eight grandchildren Mae Gardner, Brooke Gardner, Hannah Gardner, Sydney Gardner, Celeste Gardner, Josefina Miller, Mimi Stocker and Ben Stocker and nieces Lisa Remeny, Betsy Wells and Nancy Barricklo. A memorial service will be Thursday, November 29th from 2:00pm at Temple Sinai of North Dade, 18801 NE 22nd Ave, Miami, FL 33180.
