Obituary Frances C. Pawlicki, age 93 years, died peacefully on Saturday morning, May 4, 2019 at St. Francis Nursing Home in Saginaw. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday May 8, 2019 at 11am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Stanislaus Kostka Church), 1503 Kosciuszko Avenue in Bay City. Frances will lie in state at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 am until the time of the service.

Rev. Fr. James Pawlicki will preside with Rite of Committal in St. Patrick Cemetery.
