99, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019. She was the wife of the late Frank P. Leone, they were married for 54 years. Together, they opened Leone’s Auto Body in Johnston, which was a landmark in the town.

In 1977, their son Frank took over and carried on Plainfield St. and in 1997 moved to Atwood Ave. Born in Brooklyn NY, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Angelina Acomona. She, along with her husband, were members of the Alpine Country Club for many years and she always had a smile and a joke for everyone.

She is survived by her son Frank J. Leone and his wife Angela (Landi) of Johnston; her grandsons Michael (Brenda) and David and was the great grandmother to Jaidan. Fay was also predeceased by 7 sisters and 1 brother in Brooklyn, NY. She also had many nieces and nephews.

We wish to thank the staff of Cortland Place, Greenville for the many years of comfort they provided. She will be sadly missed by all. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave.

, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philip’s Church, Greenville at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston.
