Frances (Fran) Domenico Smith born on April 24, 1924 passed away peacefully on April 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Carl Smith Sr. and her son Michael Dana Smith. She belonged to Our Lady of Peace Parish (St. Joseph Church) and dedicated her life to volunteer work including 34 years in Hospice.

She is survived by her children, Lewis Smith Jr., Fred (Renee) Smith, Traci (Doug) Warren, all from Ashtabula, Jenny (Chris) Hughes from Columbus, 13 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thanks to Catherine Trenn for taking such great care of mom. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday May 3 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Joseph Church with burial to follow in Edgewood Cemetery.

Visitation will also be Friday morning at the church from 9 to 11.
