Obituary for Frances Jessie Alsdorf Frances Jessie Alsdorf was born to Harry and Fabiana Cherry, on March 16, 1920, in Oakland, CA. She lived in Rodeo, CA, until she enlisted in the US Navy during World War II. There she met and married Wm.

Raymond Alsdorf. During his enlistment, they lived in many places including Egypt and Japan. After his retirement they settled in Yuba City, where Frances was active in golf and bowling and loved to shop and gamble.

She was a friend to the neighborhood children and animals and enjoyed their visits. She is survived by many nieces and nephews and will be missed by all. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point, Oregon.
