Frances Lisenbee, age 96, of Toledo, passed away on December 21, 2018. She was born on January 27, 1922 to Joseph and Tekla Swiczkowski in Rossford, Ohio. Frances worked for Willys Overland in the Aircraft Wing Department.

With her stature being so small, she was able to climb into the airplane wings as they were being assembled. She was so proud to be part the ‘Rosie the Riveter’ workforce. Frances was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and their Daughters of Mary.

She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and decorating wedding cakes. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elmer; son-in-law, David Reynolds; and was the last of 15 siblings. Surviving are her children, Patricia Reynolds, Albert (Shirley) Lisenbee and Gary (Tohiko) Lisenbee; grandchildren, Lisa (Bradford) Meyer, Joseph and Jeffrey Lisenbee, Russell Reynolds, Stacey (Jeffrey) Altman, Jennifer (Rob) Peters, and Gary R (Erin) Lisenbee; and great grandchildren, Bridget and Andrew Meyer, Eric, Meghan, Riley, Logan and Ty Lisenbee, Samantha Peters, Shawn, Robert, Darin Altman, Taylor (Logan) Hardbarger, and Brittany Reynolds.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. with prayer services at 7:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 with prayers in the mortuary at 11:30 followed by the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
