Obituary for Jeffrey Dixon Jeffrey Dixon, 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on July 7, 2018. On December 11, 1952 Jeffrey was born to the late Cleveland and Daisy Mae (Williams) Dixon in Drew, Mississippi. Jeffrey worked in construction throughout his working life.

In 2008 he married Sheila Townsend who preceded him in death in 2010. Jeffrey loved gardening and found joy in watching things grow. He also loved being around his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

When you saw Jeff he was usually with his nephews Breon or KeShawn. If you knew Jeff, you already knew what he liked to do with a smile on his face. The life of the party, Jeffrey knew how to have a good time.

He was known for his sharp dress and style. You could often find him watching old western movies. If anyone was ever in need he loved to lend them a helping hand.

Welcoming Jeffrey into eternity are his parents, his wife Sheila, sister Annie Lee, brothers James and Chester. Left behind to cherish his memory are his sister Carrie (Isaiah) Shaffer, his nieces Camena (Dax) Mitchell, Taceshia Walker, Kendra (Tyrone) Cleveland, Margarita Dixon, Nastaja Watts, Makayla Dixon; nephews , Isaiah (Lisa)Shaffer, Chester Newsome , Lawrence Dixon, Jamar Dixon, and James Walker; and great nephews Breon and KeShawn. The family will welcome guests on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd.
