Frances’ Obituary Frances Vaye Moore Sturch, 70, of Ward, passed away March 2, 2019 at her home. She was born October 24, 1948 in Concordia, Kansas to the late Frank and Frances Youngblood Waite. Frances was known for being everyone’s momma and helped everybody.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Freddy Moore and Gregory Paul Sturch. Frances is survived by her sons, Shone and Roy J. (Jennifer) Moore; four grandchildren, Colby, Tristan, Brianna and Colton Moore; two great-grandchildren, Christina Marie Underwood-Moore and Ryder Wagner; two nieces, Ashley and Shannon Catt; nephew, Dwayne Pitchard and a host of extended family and friends. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
