Obituary for Francis David Horuzy Horuzy, Francis D., 61, of St. Petersburg, passed away suddenly Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Northside Hospital. He was born in North Tonawanda, NY. Francis was a retired officer of the St. Petersburg Police Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Charles Horuzy. Francis is survived by his daughter Jacki (Juan) Pizano; grandchildren Joaquin and Jaili and fiancé Sondra Rizzo. A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, December 1 at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
