Obituary for Frank Harold Neely Jr Frank Harold Neely Jr., 79, of Plano, Texas, passed away on July 7th, 2018. The funeral mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 25th at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Plano. Reception to follow.

Frank was born July 16th, 1938 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Frank and Caroline Neely, Sr He graduated from St. Mary’s High School and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. Frank met Caroline Havelka while both were working at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin.

They were married on March 10th, 1962; and were happily married for 56 years. Frank worked for IBM for 30 plus years where his role as Data Processing Instructor fulfilled his love of traveling by sending him to Australia, Russia, and China before retiring in 2000. He enjoyed his retirement years living at the lake and traveling with his wife.

He was active in his faith and valued his time with his family. Frank is survived by his wife Caroline Neely, daughters Karen Clancy and Sandra Nietsche, granddaughter’s Kaitlin Clancy and Taylor Nietsche, grandson’s Michael and Matthew Nietsche, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Sister, Caroline Williams and Son in Law, David Dion Clancy.
