Frank Neylan Shipman, age 61, of 3 Jesse Street, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at his home. Mr. Shipman was born in Laurens and was the son of Loretta H. Shipman and the late Franklin Delano Shipman. He was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church and was a member of the choir.

Mr. Shipman is survived by his sons, Bradley Neal Shipman (Michelle Mobley) of Clinton and Issac Waylon Shipman (Mary) of McBee SC; his daughter, Rebecca Lynne Allman (David) of Clinton; his brother, Rodney, Shipman; his sister, Darlene Roberts; his six grandchildren, Jacob Shipman, Madison Allman, Campbell Shipman, Ryleigh Allman, Cassi Shipman and Chance Allman. A Memorial Service will be conducted Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 3:00 PM at the St. James United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
