Devoted father of James R “Jamie” Boulden MD. Loving brother of the late Margaret “Rande” Petty. Dear nephew of Evelyn White (Claude).

Also survived by many nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation from 9:15 to 10:45am on Wednesday morning at Chews United Methodist Church, 319 N Black Horse Pike, Glendora. Funeral Service 11am at the church.

Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s name to Chews United Methodist Church or charity of the donor’s choice.
