William J. DeVito March 27, 1931 – January 02, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card William J. DeVito, on January 2, 2019, of W. Collingswood Hts. Age 87. Beloved husband of the late Alice (nee Koszowski).

Devoted father of Linda Capone and the late Alicia DeVito. Loving grandfather of Gina Capone. Dear brother of the late Margaret Carpo and Rose DeVito.

Brother-in-law of Daniel Koszowski. Also survived by his special friend Lorraine Krupacs and nieces and cousins. Mr. DeVito served in the U.S. Navy.

He was a member of the Friday Singles Club in Bellmawr, the J & R Young at Heart Club, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Seniors and the NJ Boosters. He enjoyed dances at Franklin Square in Glendora and spent many years dancing with the NE Philly crowd. Mr. DeVito loved the Black Horse Diner and Friday breakfast at the Stratford Diner.

There will be a viewing from 10am to 12noon Saturday at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd. , Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Funeral Mass 12noon in church.

Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing. Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Mr. DeVito’s memory to Bancroft, 1255 Caldwell Rd. , Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
