Obituary for Frankie Ann Joseph Frankie Ann Joseph, 77, of South Haven, Mississippi formerly of Lawrence County, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 in Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto, South Haven, Mississippi. She was born December 11, 1940 in Wayne County, WV daughter of the late Anthony and Laura Smith Scaggs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers, J.B. Scaggs, Frank Scaggs, Anthony Scaggs, Jr, Ray Scaggs and Frank Scaggs; four sisters Sally Lewis, Madge Chadwick, Cora Scaggs and Betty Scaggs.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Joseph; three sons Larry D. Smith of Florida, Carl Lee (Shelly) Smith of Florida and Kevin Shawn Joseph of Indiana; two sisters Minnie Sowards of Proctorville, Ohio and Maudie Freeman of Cabot, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake, Ohio. Entombment will follow at Dock’s Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www. schneiderhallfuneralhome.com.
